All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Return Policy (for gowns purchased after March 15, 2013):

Ordering your Wedding Gown is a big commitment, we completely understand that. You want to be sure that your gown will be absolutely STUNNING. When you order your gown with Wedding Dress Fantasy, you are receiving a High End Wedding Gown using the finest fabrics and a Couture construction, while skipping all the heavy markups and commissions which can cost hundreds and even thousands of dollars.

We are NOT just an Internet Company; we own our very own Custom Couture Bridal Salon called Couture De Bride, which is located at 406 Cedar Lane, Teaneck, NJ. Google our address, you’ll see our beautiful storefront. Our in-store gowns start at $2,500. The quality of the gown you will receive is the same as our in-store Couture quality gowns, except that we get to save lots of time, commission and showroom space by offering an exclusive on-line collection and we pass the savings on to our customers. We are rated 5 stars on WeddingWire.com from our previous brides. We were also voted *Best Bridal Salon* beating out lots of Bridal Salons in our area.

We ARE the real deal. Beautiful gowns, luxurious fabrics, Couture construction, phenomenal customer service and so much more. Our reviews speak for themselves. We LOVE our brides, each and every one of them and your happiness is our top priority.

Wedding Dress Fantasy is so certain that you will absolutely be in love with your Couture Wedding Gown, that we now offer a Return Policy. When you receive your gown, and you don’t love it as much as we do, simply return it and we will refund your money, minus a 40% restocking fee.

Here’s how it works:

1.       If you receive your gown and you are not happy with it, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your gown. You will need to email us at contact@couturedebride.com.

2.       Please tell us why you are unhappy. If it’s something that can be fixed or adjusted, we are more than happy to make the adjustments for you. However, if you still would like to part ways with your gown, you will need to pack it back into the garment bag and original box.

3.       We will then provide you with instructions on how to ship it back.

4.       Once we provide you with the instructions, you will then need to ship the gown back within 48 hours.

5.       Once we receive the gown and it’s inspected, we will refund 60% of your Wedding Dress. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive the refund.

 

Guidelines:

-          The gown must have the original tags still attached to the gown.

-          The Bridal Garment bag must be sent back with the dress.

-          The gown cannot be worn.

-          Shipping fees are not refundable.

-          Rush fees are not refundable.

-          Plus size charges are not refundable.

-          International Customs/Duty fees are not refundable.

-          Wedding Dress Fantasy does not cover the cost for return shipping.

OUR WEDDING DRESSES ARE NOT MASS PRODUCED. ALL WEDDING DRESS FANTASY GOWNS ARE INDIVIDUALLY CUSTOM MADE BY HAND WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR WORK, SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS IN DESIGN MAY TAKE PLACE AT TIMES, LACE PATTERNS INCLUDED. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE LACE PATTERNS AS THESE PATTERNS CHANGE SEASONALLY. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS POLICY.

 
Alterations: Most bridal gowns will need alterations to ensure a perfect fit on your body. Even if you are having your gown made-to-measure, some alterations should be expected including bust, waist, hip, hemline and other possible adjustments. Please budget accordingly. 

Custom Changes: When requesting custom modifications to our gowns, please understand that incorporating your requests will be at the sole discretion of our head designer. You may discuss your design vision, however, it is a vision only and may or may not work during production. If our head designer feels that during production, the changes may not be functional or aesthetically appealing, we reserve the right to make any modifications to the design for optimal look and fit.

Wedding Dress Fantasy does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Wedding Dress Fantasy does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.


Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Wedding Dress Fantasy product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Wedding Dress Fantasy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wedding Dress Fantasy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wedding Dress Fantasy shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Wedding Dress Fantasy without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Wedding Dress Fantasy may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Wedding Dress Fantasy.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Wedding Dress Fantasy or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
